The company <\/span><b>must adapt to the demands of its customer to ensure the best customer experience<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In this sense, instant messaging applications <\/span><b>such as WhatsApp or Telegram, together with live chat<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, have become a very useful element to provide a good user experience and help any business to increase its interactions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Now, precisely from the point of view of the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/fonvirtual.com\/en\/blog\/customer-experience-key-for-customer-satisfaction\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">customer experience<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><b>do you think it doesn&#8217;t matter the device you use to talk via web chat and WhatsApp?<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> The answer is yes, it matters.
